Kuey Teow Soup @ Sri Nibong Cafe

2. Kuey Teow Soup @ Sri Nibong Cafe

Sri Nibong Cafe is located somewhere near the junction of Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and Jalan Bukit Kecil 1. There are plenty of food stalls that sell delicious food, and the Kuey Teow Soup is undoubtedly the best there. I can say that this is the best Kuey Teow Noodle Soup I have ever tried. The best part of is the taste of the soup which has a strong sweetness of the meat, minced pork. I believe that the boss cooks the soup with a good amount of meat, that's why the soup is so abundant of pork fragrance. I personally like to ask for extra minced meat. Besides, the boss isn't stingy at all in putting the ingredients. There is so much minced pork, fish ball, half boiled egg served with. This is what makes their noodle taste so delicious.

I went there quite a few times with my USM friends. We like it so much. Since it is so famous and delicious, and thus, you can expect to wait for at least half an hour every time additionally the boss actually cooks it bowl by bowl. Despite the long wait, it doesn't discourage us from visiting the cafe.

The bunch of friends who are here with me so often. The table is still empty as it is really need to wait a long Q.

Besides, there is also a toast stall that sells a variety sets of different toast bread. All of them are nice.
Recommendation : luncheon meat burger.
The burger is served with luncheon meat, egg and cheese. It has a  heavy scent of cheese and the meat that allures us to keep eating it, simply awesome.
